Cheryl Goldenberg is a highly respected executive and personal development coach and has helped many corporate businesses develop their management teams. Cheryl is an experienced and intuitive coach and speaker with a particular interest in getting behind the facade to work with individuals from a person-centred point of view as well as a business point of view.
She is skilled at developing businesses by empowering their people to understand themselves better and become more effective, both personally and professionally. She has a strong, analytical approach and a warm personal style which enables clients to understand the behaviours behind their results.
Cheryl worked for many years developing her coaching skills outside the business environment and became increasingly aware of the need to put the personal touch back into the workplace. After being approached by many demoralised and demotivated employees and successfully coaching them through a variety of work issues, Cheryl began to focus her attention on the bigger picture. She gradually built up an eclectic client portfolio ranging in size from large corporates to small start-ups, all with one thing in common – the desire to develop a coaching culture in order to empower their people to be the best that they can be.
Successful companies understand that the investment in an independent, confidential, external coach will pay dividends for a long time to come and Cheryl likes to work with successful companies. She is passionate in her belief that giving people the opportunity to lift themselves from the ‘doing’ and focus on the 'being' for a while will change perspectives, develop talent, ensure strong leadership and avoid potentially stressful situations.
It is this belief that has led to the development of GOLD Performance Coaching and the gathering together of an expert group of like-minded individuals. Our team of coaches have been hand-picked for their experience, expertise and impressive portfolio of success stories, offering bespoke leadership coaching and development interventions to enable managers and engage employees.
