The GOLD Executive Coaching experience begins with a personal audit, either face-to-face or telephone-based. We work together to develop a coaching strategy based on the goals and objectives of both the business and the individual. The GOLD "Standard Executive Coaching Programme" offers an initial 3-month package of weekly, one-hour, telephone sessions and offers the opportunity for an "On-Going 1 to 1 Support package" designed to measure progress and ensure sustainability of your investment.
