Maureen Moore
Maureen Moore works with Senior Management Teams and business owners/ executives who want to get more out of themselves, their lives and their businesses – and to enjoy the ride.
She does this by working in partnership with people to put the passion back into what they do - through developing awareness, providing support through change and supplying the tools to grow both themselves and their people to their full potential.
Maureen really has “been there, done it and got the tee-shirt”. Before deciding to set up as a business coach she: worked in commerce at board level; established and ran her own business from scratch with clients such as BT and Kraft Foods; joined a growing business and helped both run it and expand its client base and turnover exponentially over ten years to become one of the largest independent digital agencies in the UK, working with blue chip companies such as Volvo, Jaguar Land Rover, Alstom and Taylor Woodrow. And after achieving all that she successfully negotiated her own exit strategy from the business.
In short Maureen has a wealth of experience and know-how which she brings to her specialist area - working with leaders of small & medium-size enterprises, from family-run businesses to those with 250 staff, to help them be the best they possibly can be.
