How is it delivered?

The GOLD Return to Work Coaching experience begins with a conversation between a member of the GOLD coaching team and the client to establish the needs of the individual and to agree a plan of action.

The GOLD "Standard Return to Work Coaching Programme" offers a 6-week telephone coaching package focused around a specific topic. This programme may be extended by mutual agreement of the coach and client.
